We’re Indians and we love our food, no doubt about it!. Our country is a testimony to a harmonious blend of flavours that isn’t found anywhere in the world. Food is an integral part of our culture and identity and, therefore, ghar ka khaana is right up there in the list of things that an Indian loves no matter where he/she is. Home cooked food invokes not just the taste buds but also memories and nostalgia. 

But cooking changed with the times and we didn’t realise when we started using toxins laden utensils marketed as technology or innovation! Before long, choosing convenience at the cost of our health became the norm. 

Bhumi Indica was born out of a deep desire to rid fellow Indians of this concern.
