As a Data Fiduciary under Indian law we only collect personal data that is absolutely necessary to fulfill your orders and provide a seamless shopping experience. This includes:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Your full name, delivery address, billing address, email address, and active mobile number.

  • Transaction Data: Details about the specific cookware item(s) you purchased, order values and payment status.

  • Technical & Usage Data: Your IP address, device type, browser information and details of how you interact with our Shopify website (pages viewed, time spent etc).

Note on Payment Data: We do not collect, view, or store your credit/debit card numbers, netbanking credentials or UPI PINs. All financial transactions are securely processed directly by our RBI-authorized third-party payment gateway partner(s). 

2. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Data

Under the DPDP Act 2023 we process your personal data strictly based on your explicit consent or for legitimate uses. We use your information to:

  • Process, pack, and fulfill your cookware orders.

  • Coordinate with our logistics aggregators to deliver products to your doorstep.

  • Send you automated transactional updates (order confirmations, tracking IDs via SMS, email or WhatsApp).

  • Protect our business and your account against fraudulent activities.

  • Deliver targeted marketing communications, re-marketing ads and updates about our brand subject to your right to opt-out at any time.

3. Third-Party Data Disclosures

We never sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. To run our D2C operations smoothly we only share your data with trusted Data Processors who maintain strict security standards:

  • E-Commerce Infrastructure: Shopify (our website hosting and checkout platform).

  • Logistics Partners: Shipping aggregators and specific courier companies to execute deliveries.

  • Marketing & Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta and automated customer communication tools for WhatsApp/SMS alerts.

  • Legal Mandates: We may disclose your information if required to do so by any Indian court, law enforcement agency or regulatory authority.

4. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

  • Please note: Requesting the erasure of data or withdrawing consent may make it impossible for us to fulfill active orders, process voluntary returns, or service your 10-year product warranty.

5. Data Retention and Security

We store your personal data securely within protected cloud frameworks managed by our infrastructure providers (Shopify). We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the commercial purposes outlined in this policy, handle legal tax compliance (such as maintaining GST records) and validate active 10-year warranty claims. When data is no longer required it is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website utilizes cookies and similar tracking pixels to optimize your browsing experience, remember your shopping cart items, and understand web traffic.
